EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Denis M. Kabuuka
Mr. Kabuuka holds a Bachelor of Adult and Community Education (Hons) from Makerere University Kampala (2000). He has worked as an Assistant Registrar with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), as a Programme Officer with an NGO called Adult Community Education and Development (ACED) and as a Programme Coordinator (Capacity Building) for HelpAge International-funded Old People's Projects in Uganda. Denis' areas of expertise include: adult education and training of trainers, change management, participatory appraisal and project planning and management.

Ronald Mutebi
Mr. Michael Kabinga has a Bachelor of Arts Social Sciences degree from Makerere University, a Certificate in Report Writing Skills and a Certificate in Administrative Officers’ Law from the Law Development Centre. He previously worked as Community Development Facilitator with World Vision Uganda in Masaka and Rakai districts. His areas of expertise include: Community mobilization for development, Project planning and implementation, and programme monitoring and reporting. Michael is responsible for designing and monitoring SLINT-Uganda's projects, mobilising local communities to implement sustainable development activities and preparing reports on SLINT-Uganda's projects and programmes.

Ronald Mutebi
Mr. Ronald Mutebi has a Bachelor of Adult and Community Education from Makerere University Kampala. He previously worked as a part-time Programme Assistant with an NGO called Adult Education Centre and as a Community Development intern for Africa 2000 Network-Tororo field office. His areas of expertise include: community needs assessment, adult learning facilitation, training of trainers, project planning and management, gender analysis and community research.
Ronald is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of SLINT-Uganda's field programme activities in line with the organization's strategic plan.

Winnie Lutaaya
Winnie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) honours degree from Makerere University-Kampala. She previously worked as a Data Editor with the Uganda Electoral Commission. She also worked as an Internal Auditor and Accounts Officer with an international NGO known as Building Resources Across Communities (BRAC) Uganda before joining the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) as a Registration Officer.
